This Oakley store in Cherry Creek Mall is AMAZING! Particularly, because of Jasmine. She has a GREAT personality, is energetic, patient and was super helpful! This young lady knows her products. She was honest and picked the glasses that looked and fit the best on me.my We had fun picking out various colors and types of frames. Jonas, another OUTSTANDING employee offered me other color choices and lenses to consider. He masterfully along with Jasmin custom designed my new Oakley sunglasses. I called the store in Cherry Creek, and spoke with a young man by the name of Mario. He was polite, helpful, and easy to talk to. Because of this, I promptly drove to the store! I was greeted by Mario, along with his manager. These guys were Great! Very patient, professional, helpful, and suggestive, versus being pushy! In a world that lacks customer service, I found this to be quite the opposite! I had a Fantastic experience and I am very happy! I almost never take the time to write a review, but in this case, I felt the need! If you are looking for a cool pair of shades, then head on down to the Cherry Creek mall, and give these guys a shot! Kevin

I called from up in mountains.. I Was told my frogskin lenses were covered under warranty... When i got to cherry creek DENVER store.. Some new assistant manager said the warranty was 11 months not 2 years as Logan female employee very nice said.... Total ripoff. FOLLOW UP... i got a call ftom Jason at Oakley... Spent 20 minutes explaining.. I paid for lenses that were covered by warranty. He assured manager of store would contact me and make things right. Never got any call. STAY AWAY FROM CHERRY CREEK OAKLEY!!!!!!!!!

I went in on Fourth of July right before closing. The gentleman working were quick, efficient, attentive, and very nice. They got me in and out and I definitely recommend the store.

My eyeglass prescription had to be redone because of an error made by my optometry office. When I took my corrected prescription to the Cherry Creek Oakley Store, Mr. Logan Sand, the Sales Supervisor, sent my frame to the lab to get new lenses installed. He assured me that I will receive my new glasses in the mail and that there would be no charge for the new lenses. His reassuring demeanor was a breath of fresh air during this stressful holiday season! My wife needed eyeglass frames with a low-bridge fit. This is a feature that is hard to come by. Fortunately, Logan is a talented supply chain analyst who anticipated our needs. When we visited, he brought out a selection of frames and nose pads that allowed the eyeglasses to sit properly on our faces. I flew into Denver, CO from Reno, NV for thanksgiving. I went to the Cherry Creek Mall where I searched for an Oakley Store. I found it! Logan met me at the entrance and asked if I needed help with anything. I explained I crashed on my bike in France and scratched up my prescription Oakley sunglasses. On this, the busiest day of the year, Black Friday, Logan was gracious enough to look my account up. He informed me I had a warranty I did not know this! on the scratched glasses. He quickly ordered another pair and I purchased two more pair of prescription glasses in different frames. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will return to this location in the future should I need anything else. Thank you again Logan!

The staff here is so friendly and very customer service oriented. Daniel was so nice and helpful, as my teen looked at sunglasses for baseball. Thanks so much for a great in store experience!

OKLEY store had great collections. I was helped to try the exact size of pant that fit me and also they went to great length to check the stock and retrieve the size for me. All in all great friendly environment in the store.
