Oakley

Bought 2 pairs of frames with lenses and was very expensive. 1 pair I had for backup I hardly wore them. One day I decided to wear backups but couldn't see out of them. The lenses warped or something and looks like they're wrinkled and very blurry.. They want another $400 for new lenses because its past 1 year warranty. They said I can reuse the frame. I have glasses that are like 20 years old and they've never done this. Thought getting this name brand would be better but turns out to be the worst for prescription lenses. Hard to get a photo but you can see the distortion in the reflections on the lense of the pic I have provided.

Service was great! I forgot to ask the gentleman’s name but he was helpful and overheard me when I was asking about a bag. He went in back and grabbed different colors. Very helpful and nice team when I checked out!

I had purchased a pair of prescription glasses. Due to having one eye that has issues that I can't see straight lines the prescription is not normal. After receiving my glasses I found that the lenses were not aligned. I returned to the store where Desiree assisted me patiently for over an hour adjusting the frames and ear pieces until the lenses were aligned so my vision was as close as I could expect from any glasses. Her patience and knowledge of how to adjust the glasses to get the final results was very impressive and she was a joy to work with. She's even suggested that anytime we're back in town, stop by and she'll check to make sure they're still aligned. GREAT JOB!, Desiree.

The manager was very helpful. They had a huge selection in stock and answered all our questions about lenses and colors. The sale was as advertised, no gimics, we got $30 off the 1st pair and the 2nd pair 1/2 off.

I recently purchased the Oakley hybrid jogger pant, and was so pleased with the fit and comfort that I went back to the Albuquerque Oakley store front in Coronado Shopping Center to purchase a second pair of pants. However, they were no longer displayed or appeared to be no longer in stock. The sale associate checked in the back room for me and found them in my size. Many thanks to the staff for going the extra mile! I am now styling with two pair of these great fitting pants!!
