Oasis Cleaners

I started coming here about an half year ago and ever since then i been a happy customer. it is such a great facility The staff is friendly & they show great customer service they are very hard worker. They believe in keeping customers happy and satisfied with the service they receive . I can't think of no other facility that is greater than this place. The prices or very reasonable when it comes to putting your clothes in this facility. I am proud to say they do an extremely great job & also I like to acknowledge a young lady who works their by the name of Emily she shows great customer service & she skillful knowledgeable and very proficient kudos to her. So If you are looking for a great cleaners this is the place definitely to come. Keep up the great work Oasis cleaners I will continue to come here & thank you .

If you only read one sentence of this review, let it be that I highly recommend this place for alterations. I came in 5 days before a wedding, with a dress that had slippery material and a lot of very small pleats on the area I needed taken in. I was nervous about getting that area taken in because any mistakes would be super obvious, and I needed it done so soon. The ladies who work the front desk were so kind and helpful in figuring out what work needed to be done. The dress came out beautifully, and was done within 72 hours, clean and steamed. The pleats in the back where the dress was taken in look exactly the same as the factory pleats, and it fit perfectly. If you need a formal dress, or anything else taken in I highly recommend this place. Overall I spent 60 dollars on the alterations, which was calculated based on the amount of work, and was a very fair price in my opinion. I don't live in town anymore, but if I ever need alterations while visiting again, this is where I will go.

If a 10 was available I would give Oasis Dry Cleaner a 10. Our entire house is decorated in southwest including southwest design stained glass windows and handmade Indian throw rugs. Our rugs needed cleaning. We did not attempt to launder them being concerned that they would be irreparably damaged. The rugs, unlike commercial rugs, have no rubber backing that would preclude them from being dry cleaned. Thus we did not anticipate any problem in having them commercially cleaned. However, we took them to three dry cleaners none of whom cleaned rugs. Driving around to dry cleaners was obviously going to be a futile effort. I started calling dry cleaners and was having the same result. I was about to give up, believing that no dry cleaners cleaned rugs. In what may have very well have been my last call, happened to be to Oasis Cleaners. The individual with whom I spoke stated that they could dry the clean rugs provided they did not have a rubber backing. I assured the individual they did not and loaded all of the rugs into our vehicle and took them to Oasis. Still, somewhat apprehensive about the company’s ability to clean the rugs without damage I only left two of the rugs. I was advised the rugs would be ready the next day. Upon my return the rugs were packaged in the type of zipper closed plastic package usually reserved for new blankets. I removed the rugs and their cleaning and care was impeccable. Needless to say, I went to my vehicle and brought in the remainder of the rugs.

I paid 17 dollars in advance for the cleaning of a coat picked it up and it was still stained and stiff from when I brought it to them. NOT happy with the service will NEVER be back

Dropped off 12 table cloths to be pressed for my daughter's wedding. Went to set then up the next day and they were horribly wrinkled. I called and they said yes, 2 employees said they tried but couldn't get the wrinkles out. But they did NOT tell us that. We went to set up for the wedding, and they looked HORRIBLE! They try to say they have security footage, but the employee already admitted they couldn't get them ironed. But they failed to mention ANY of that at pick up. Would not recommend them AT all.... they won't even discount for this or help at all! Do NOT USE THEM. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My father turn me on to this cleaners. They do an amazing job.

I no longer live on this side of town but THIS is what I miss most. I have yet to find another dry cleaner with the level of excellent service at a fair price. The BEST dry cleaner in Las Vegas IMO.

I was going there to have my shirts pressed every week since May 2021. One day after picking up my shirts I noticed the top button broken in half on the shirt I was going to wear so I found a replacement button and took it back that day. I explained I picked it up broken and asked if they could put the replacement on for me. She said sure, then charged me. I then asked "So if you break my button You make me pay for it?" She smiled and said "yes". I smiled and said "Then please don't break any more buttons". I left my shirt there but left with a bad feeling. There are two reasons why I now go somewhere else. First, the fact that they broke it and didn't say anything rubbed me the wrong way, I mean I'm sure they saw it as they buttoned it up. Second, to have me pay for their mistake and not consider my history and and amount of money spent weekly was in my opinion bad customer service. Lose a $20-$30/week customer over a couple bucks, good job!

Closed 2 minutes early.. Lpcked up tight.. This is the third time I have had to buy a work uniform cause they have this or that... Never again. They are cheap but cheap is what you get. Suits always have the inside linner pressed out the bottom.... Some times it goes smooth. But not enough times to keep coming back...

This place is great for alterations and has outstanding customer service! I had a super last minute pair of pants that needed to be hemmed. I was not sure if there would be anyone to make these alterations in such short notice but Oasis Cleaners went above and beyond the call of duty for this Mom! The pants were altered perfectly and looked great! Thanks Oasis Cleaners you guys are amazing!
