Absolutely terrible experience! Counselor Elizabeth Gross fell hook, line and sinker for my daughter's completely false lies about me because my daughter was extremely angry at me for something I did to protect her. Ms. Gross did not even attempt to speak with me personally before she actually reported ME for something that was completely untrue then Elizabeth refused to even return my phone calls after I was completely cleared. I wanted to speak with her about continuing my daughter's counseling to hold her accountable for what she had done. Ms. Gross would not even give me the courtesy of returning my phone call. This counselors inability to effectively assess our family's situation caused huge problems for me when I was the one who brought me daughter to her for help in the first place. Do not use this agency if you have an angry teenager! The entire experience was a nightmare!

My young daughter has benefited immensely from counseling here and she looks forward to going all the time. They work with my low income so we can easily afford to come regularly.

I received excellent care at Oasis. I only went for a few sessions, but I was able to shake something I had been struggling with for almost a decade.
