I’ve seen me rave about their falafel but I had it recently n it got even better - no joke at all. Not only was the falafel sandwich EVEN MORE delicious this time...but...they now have insanely delicious steak fries. The whole meal was insanely delicious n perfectly packaged. A solid A++ Sooooo great!!!
Fantastic falafel The meat beef shawarma was.dry and dull The chicken and lamb kebabs excellent Hummus very good Babaganoush really really good And overall great value for.the money top. Nice counter service and expect it to be busy but quick at lunch
If you enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine, then this place brings fresh ingredients to your table or to take home. Staff members are very sociable and friendly. They have renovated the place and looks really nice on the inside. Very very good chicken shwarma and falafels.
Food was pretty good, location could be cleaned up. For a nice quick meal this was great, but they could really elevate their location
Really great food and good portions too!
If you’re looking for a great falafel at a reasonable price look no further. Good balance of sauce vegetables and falafel. Highly recommend if you are in the area
The food is amazing, customer service is good. The place needs to be cleaned, top of the oven looks so gross, in general the place looks not well maintained. Employees needs to use gloves when preparing food specially during pandemic days, prep tables are for food not for employees to seat.
Such a bummer, I used to get takeout from this place at least once a week. Food was delicious, portions were huge, and staff were incredibly friendly. Since new management has taken over, the quality has gone way downhill. Not a Middle Easterner in sight now. Portion sizes have shrunk considerably, lamb is tough and gristly, the chicken kebabs raw in their brightly-lit refrigerated display case for much too long are too scary to even try, the baba ghanoush — which used to be my favorite, always smoky and garlicky with the old management — is now a tasteless pap with the gloppy texture of Gerber baby food. The only thing still delicious here is the falafel... Don't get me started on the staff, surly and uncooperative as hell, none of them speaks or understands more than a smattering of English, and half them not wearing masks. Plus, they blast mariachi music so loud it ruins any semblance of Middle Eastern ambience. Reminds me of the 90s, when most of the cheap Mexican restaurants in NYC were run by Chinese families, and your order of fajitas or nachos always tasted just a little bit like oyster sauce. I'm all for a world that's rich in culinary cross-pollination, but it's definitely not working here.
They have a new owner now and they got a new chef called Jimmy , that guy makes the best food I like it
Used to be our place to go. New ownership is a letdown. Been there a few times with new ownership, each time food quality and flavor got worse. Also looks like their volume is down and the displayed food sits longer. No longer recommended. Wish I could. I miss Oasis.
