Manager with the ear length dreads and glasses show favoritism towards guest that he knows. We were told that we had to leave at 2am after another manager told us that they closed at 3am. We also waited 40mins to receive our hookah, so the manager with the dreads gave us an extra 10mins. At 2:07am a group of 4 guys walked in, after an extensive conversation with the host they were allowed to be seated. The manager pulled a table off the couch and bought chairs together for them to sit down. He then informed my party that we had to leave and that the remaining customers were “private parties”. We wanted to argue that we were told a different time by the other manager but we just left. In addition, the couches are pretty filthy, lots of stains and spills on the fabric covered couches and tables weren’t cleaned regularly. This place really fell short of the grown and sexy vibe Im used to receiving at other hookah bars. The only pro was the DJ.

My wife finally talked me into trying a hookah bar and I'll have to say this was a terrible experience for my first time. First off we looked the place up online before we went, we were hungry after traveling from Little Rock. They were supposed to have food, we found that they didnt when we got there and it was almost eight most restaurants are closing at this time. It apparently just went under New management and the website is not right. I will cut the story short and get right to it. This is a small hole in the wall, it was very dark, the music was way too loud, most of the hookahs did not work well. I felt like I should have a pistol on me which is not what I expected from a hookah lounge. I don't recommend this place unless you want a clubby hood vibe.

The place seemed to be more mood than anything. Very low key/kick back like, less bar. They only had about 10 beer choices and some canned drinks. The hookah was great and prepared excellently, and the use of lotus coal holders and natural coals instead of quick lights and foil impressed me a lot. They couldn't change the tv channel for whatever reason, but that was more a personal peeve.

Ordered hookah and 20 minutes went by for one flavor. They served guests that came AFTER us. Visit The Genre. Much better and service is faster.

I love this spot . The Dj is awesome. The waitress they are on point. Omg the hookahs are awesome. The owner omg he is phenomenal making sure everyone is fine.

I waited 5 minutes after walking in and no one spoke or addressed me at all. When I finally was able to get someone to say something, I then waited 5 minutes for a beer that was already paid for. The next 30 minutes was spent waiting on my hookah, that I never got, and then waiting on my refund. The staff was rude and very unprofessional. I won’t be back.

Didn’t leave a good 1st impression...it took 30-45 mins to get a hookah was not told this, otherwise my party would’ve left. No one bothered to check if we needed anything or if we were ok and the final straw was the hookah was terrible, way too strong and I had strawberry & pineapple...and it didn’t taste like either one! This was my first & last visit!!

Well I will say they have good hookah, however the terrible service makes going there almost impossible. We waited 45 minutes to get a fresh charcoal and when I told the worker that that was unacceptable he rudely told me "You're more than welcome to fill out an application" you shouldn't talk to customers like that.

Not very friendly.... Just gave us the hookah and never seen him again til it was time to go. Didn't try to explain the favors. Just said its self-explanatory on the jar. I think he was just focus on his company that was up there with him.

It was very cool & laid back. Good hookah. Good music. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely be coming back!
