Had been coming here many times.But this last time I encountered Race ! He went above and beyond to make sure we left there a happy customer. I have never experienced such amazing customer service at this location until tonight. I wish he would get recognized for being so kind.Keep up the great work RACE you rock!! They have the best price on vapes also.

Every sales person is so well versed in all the different products, it makes it so easy to get what you want. I have always been given great advice and feel like I can trust their advice! Everyone is super friendly but I have to say that the sales team below the manager are always the best! They even recognize an older person coming in to buy products and treat them as a friend!

Went in today with an issue with either batteries or Mod. Taylor was quick to help get it figured out and very professional about everything!! Definitely will be back!!!

Customer service is always good employees are always nice and helpful. Will no longer do buisness with the company that continually changes product to push profit margins. Loyal customer for over 5 years just pushed too far for garbage products. Don't recommend the new non nicotine juice they are terrible.

The only dispensary and location of said dispensary that deserves 5 stars. First, best prices and selection in the city, hands down. Second, not an out of state corporation like R.Greenleaf and Everest. Third, there stock is usually pretty accurate and they have the more personable budtenders at this location. Not a fan of the other locations but they are still better than any in town for price.

*Update* They gave me a e-gift for not being totally happy, which shows what a great business they are and want to keep their customers. so I’m going to try their different brand that has nicotine rather than their house linear brand which I had problems with. I love the people and staff here and they are always helpful and kind. The one complaint I have now is the juice! Not sure what the heck is going on but it’s burning all my coils. I thought maybe the pensvaporesso solo plus I was using might not be working with the juice so I bought a VooPoo Drag X , batteries and charger still having same problem. Now that I’m about 100+ in the hole, I think I better venture out somewhere else unfortunately. Anybody else having this problem? Suggestions please

I went in 9/7/2023 to purchase a new ecig. I was switching from large mods and disposables to salt nicotine ecigs. The girl who helped me was super kind, patient and knowledgeable. Quite honestly the whole staff team there is like this. I always go to this location or the carlisle one because they actually know what to recommend and have never steared me wrong when purchasing something. Good job Oasis peeps.Ive been a customer for a long time and will continue to be with service like this.

They switched to Linear for their liquids, which has an alternative chemical to nicotine. No one told me this as I had to google it. The store and staff are always kind to me. I love alot of the other stuff that comes with headshops. I bought some super sweet posters, stickers and a tray for cheap. Store itself is always clean, just wish better parking coming off main street sucks and I get creeped out park out back.

Shops nice enough. Good E-juice. Wed and Sun are BOGO on the juice. Prices are ehhh... Stay is very polite though, knowledgeable, and have always been willing to answer any questions i have. Honestly I was going to give this place 4 stars, but thinking about it, I've never had a bad experience there. Thank you.

It was my first time going to this location to get a new pen battery and was greeted by Chloe. I was going to stick with the battery I always get but she recommended a different brand and style, so I got that one. She knows her stuff because I freaking love it and haven’t had any issues with it. Also the place was nice and had a big selection, will be going back.
