CON ARTISTS. A year after the surgery which they assured me was FULLY COVERED by my insurance- they harass me every day with phone calls saying I owe them $2000 for surgical fees. Their staff is trained to handle this. One day they’re friendly and will make small talk while you wait for your appointment and the next day they’re nasty and reading you a script on how “well, i’m sorry but you have to put the fee or it’s going into collections”. I also had to have corrective surgery on Dr Terushkin’s botched work. My second more invasive surgery left smaller scars than OBand. Oband left massive deformed scars. Please don’t go here.
