Ocean Marine Brokerage Services

We purchased a transmission that is vital to the operation of our business, from Ocean Marine Brokerage Services on July 6, 2016 by wire transferring a substantial amount of money at their request. We received an invoice the following day and were told that the transmission would ship that day, July 7, 2016 and would be delivered on Monday, July 11, 2016. Once the payment was received we made repeated attempts to get a tracking number from the company and could no longer get a response from the sales agent, or anyone else for that matter. Every time the owner of our company attempted to contact someone from Ocean Marine Brokerage, he was given the run around. After the transmission was still not delivered on Monday, July 11, 2016, we sent text messages to the "owner's" cell phone that contained copies of the wire transfer and invoice with no response from him either. It wasn't until an associate located the sales agent's personal email address that we got a response at all. We finally have a tracking number but the transmission was not actually shipped until Monday, July 11th (the date it was to be delivered) and will not be delivered until Friday, July 15th. This has caused our production to come to a halt and is a great inconvenience and hardship for our company. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything through this brokerage, especially if you have any type of time restraints.
