Ocean Nails & Spa

I went in today to get a colour change, and the staff Vena was completely Rasist ( I'm black) and told me I had to wait 1 hour to get my nails done when there was only 2 other customers and 6staff and told me they were busy .. a lady (white) came in 1 min after me and asked to get a pedicure and Vena told her to give her a few minutes and I turned to the lady and asked her if she had an appointment and she said "No, I just came to get a pedi" and I said okay so how is she going before me and Vena kept telling me to wait 1 hr and to wait for another nail tech to do my nails .. completly Rasist and I didn't leaveq. until I went before the other lady .. I asked to speak to a manager Jennifer and she yelled at me and said " SORRY WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO ! I say sorry" and she refused to give me any info for her Owner Tony ! This place is Horrible and has horrible customer service skills and there nails never last more than a week .. Cindy is the only nail tech in there who is really nice and care for her Diversity in Milton .. I'm not impressed !

Went there for a manicure and pedicure day before going for my vacation. The colour was beautiful and the girl that did my nails was nice however, the quality of their pedicure and manicure sucks. The very next morning my nails started to chip. And I did nothing the day before except to finish packing. She also didn’t get rid of my dry skin on my feet and I had to do it myself at home. On my third day I had to redo all my nails. My pedicure started to chip on the fifth day. So disappointing!

Horrible customer service. I asked for shellac only and they gave me a manicure without even asking and charged extra. When I brought it up they told me that it is my responsibility to tell them to stop doing extra services. I will never go there again.

I had such an awful experience at this nail salon. My sister and I chose to come here to get our nails done for my engagement party. The girl that was working on my nails was so rude and she acted angry the entire time. When I asked her to shape my nails the way I liked she completely shut me down and continued to do whatever she wanted. She also filed my nails so hard to the point that they hurt. On top of that, every time she would would move to my other hand she would pretty much shove the hand she was done with at me! I continued to be nice because I figured that she was just having a bad day. But even so, that is no way to treat your customer. My nails at the end were not even done well and they were horribly shaped. I’m not coming back here for sure.
