Doctor Nicholas R. Gibson is a incredible man that treats his patients with much respect. I injured a ligament in my knee which he showed great concern for. I hate hospitals and avoid them at all cost but, he gives places like hospitals a bit of hope.

Ive had surgery twice and both experiences were pleasant. Doctors were awesome and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The ER has a few good doctors, McDermott, Lakes, Moore (to name a few)... but Dr. Thomas Brown gave me the worst experience the other day. I came in with extreme back pain, and after standing as long as I could because I couldn't sit due to the pain, I ended up on my knees. I was embarrassed and frustrated with my situation and was crying when he came in. He asked me to get on the bed, but I couldn't move. He touched my back and said "well I'm not writing you a narcotic." How dare you speak to me like I'm a pill popper. You showed no sympathy to me, and told me there was nothing you could do. You spoke over me when I was simply trying to ask for a shot, a non narcotic shot I had received before. You were completely cold to me, perhaps showing off for the shadow employee taking notes with you. Not everyone who comes in with back pain is a drugee. A nurse came in to speak with me and I begged her to get me out of there asap, but she spoke with you and somehow convinced you to give me that simple shot, though you refused me a steroid shot, what was that about? That's just cruel. When I got to my car I couldn't drive for 10 minutes because I was still crying from how you treated me and made me feel. I hope my family never has to see you because I will always remember that day and I will surely feel ill if you are our doctor in the future.
All the nurses and xray techs were very polite and caring that day. You helped me with my 3 year old and recognized that I was in pain and having difficulty holding him. Thank you so much and may Dr. Brown learn from each of you on how people should be treated.

I want to thank dr. Andrew McDermott in er for his kindness and for helping me get rid of a severe headache that I had had for 4 days. The other staff were just as professional and kind also. I really feel like you saved me. Thanks so much and God bless you.

Arrived after a motorcycle wreck and they removed my necklace at the hospital. Got home and realized it's not with my belongings call and get told to call their cops on site Monday and then get told by them there's nothing they can do. If you value anything you have dont get treated here at all. They will make it go missing and refuse to help.

The worst experience I have ever had. The worst run hospital I have ever been too. Being a cancer survivor I have seen many.
