We used ocean state nanny agency to help us find our full time nanny for our 1 year old son and were absolutely pleased with the process and the result. We love our nanny - she is absolutely amazing with our son. It was our first experience looking for and hiring a full time nanny and we found it extremely helpful to have Natalia guide us and explain contract details and so forth along the way. If this is your first time and/or if you’ve had no luck looking on your own, I can highly recommend using this agency to help you find the care that you need for you and your family.
So glad we found Natalia's agency! She took the time to get to know our needs and connected us with an incredible nanny, Lanie, who watched our 3 year old and infant. Lanie was a total magic worker with both of them. The toddler is very picky about who does nap time and 2 hours after meeting Lanie was asking her to do it. She's wonderful, and we're so grateful to Natalia for helping us find her!

Natalia is absolutely wonderful to work with! I was so stressed as the nanny we hired on our own backed out two weeks before my maternity leave was over, leaving my husband and I beyond stressed out. We reached out to Natalia and she set up a call with us within 24 hours and had nanny files along to us not even 48 hours after our phone call! We ended up hiring the first nanny she sent us as Hannah was THAT amazing! Natalia turned a stressful situation around and the whole process with her was so smooth and professional. Natalia/Ocean State Nanny Agency placed a wonderful nanny with our family two years ago. We still have Amanda and she is absolutely wonderful and is now part of our family. Natalia was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions via email and phone call within hours, even on weekends! As first time parents, we were very hesitant to bring in a nanny to watch our infant son but Natalia was wonderful when it came to assuring us that we’d only be sent fully vetted, professional nannies...and she did just that! We were 100% pleased with the whole process and both my husband and I will absolutely recommend Natalia and her agency to any other family in Rhode Island that is looking for a nanny for their children!!

Natalia is excellent at what she does. We found our nanny through her agency over 5 years ago and we are STILL using her. She has become a close family friend and is by far the best we have ever seen. Natalia has a very thorough screening process and ensures that she is listening to the customer's needs. She does a skillful job of matching the candidates up with the clients - and responds very quickly with a good flow of options to choose from. I continue to stay in touch with Natalia as she does a great job helping me with various questions that come up with pay rate, benefits, etc over the years. I highly recommend her agency!
I joined Ocean State Nanny Agency in June 2018 after hearing great things about Natalia from my nanny friends. I was transitioning from my previous family and signed up in time to apply to a specific position. Within a week I had applied, set up an interview and and references submitted. Natalia works fast and is fair to both the families and nannies. She keeps up with what goes on in the nanny world in regards to industry standards and assures everything is squared away before the first day on the job.
