ODA Quality Health Center

Horrible service!! Staff and doctors are careless. Front dest will tell you something and the medical assistants will say another story. Hat to come back twice bloodwork was not done correctly. The blame the lab and that is absolutely unprofessional. Rooms are never clean properly. There was a test done to the previous pt and was left on the room. Picture below.

BEWARE: this is not a review just a notice to everyone. The “overnight”Test results for strep culture takes minimum 3 days. Scam! My son was fevering in bed waiting for medication....we went day 3 to a diff clinic, the test came down positive and we got our medication. Quality health called us hours later with results when it wasn’t needed! Irresponsible!!

I was waiting for OVER TWO HOURS!!! I had an appointment at 11:30 and by 1:30 I already got frustrated so I went to the desk to check what's the status, so the Yiddish young lady told me with the most disgusting tone that I'm not even next!! So I left! Who knows if I would've still been sitting there!!!

My mom called the clinic to get a prescription refill and sent to the pharmacy they told her it would be done right away so she sent me to pick it up and the medication is still not here and they spoke with her over the phone and the manager of the clinic Mr. Newman refuse to speak with her about the situation they also hung the phone up on her…. I hour later now!! I call back the pharmacy and still no medication!!!! I spoke with Heidi from the call center and she spoke very nasty to me and also place me on hold while speaking with her smh And the manager of the clinic Mr. Newman still refuse to speak with me over the phone

They don't really pay attention to you and tend to ignore your symptoms. Also the nurses are all mostly very rude. Everytime I asked a question they rolled their eyes. The phone number hardly ever works. The wait wasn't that bad with an appointment I got to see a doctor in 45 minutes after my appointment set time usually its 1-2 hours here.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! Came for one thing. The receptionists isn’t paying any attention to you. The doctor said that I should just go they were about to close!!! However, I was billed for a well visit and a cold!!! They’re not giving you a receipt. Instead you have to call in their very RUDE billing department. You are not going to get anywhere with them!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I CROSE THEIR DOORSTEP!!!

Never use this place. They are very unorganized. Ever since ODA took over it has gone very downhill. ODA phone system does not work . You'll wait 45min-1 hr to see a doctor IF you have an appointment, without one around 2-4 hours. The doctors and nurses do not seem to care. The nurses have the worse attitude I have ever seen. I recommended you go somewhere else , not ODA especially not this location.

If i could give no stars i would . Im saddened to say I heard such great things about Dr.Woo and was looking forward to having an appointment. Instead today i receive a call stating that they are cancelling my appointment i scheduled weeks ago . They wouldn't even reschedule me , they literally told me they would call me. My appt was set for Friday April 19th @ 11:15 am. They cancelled on such short notice and the lady on the telephone was unapologetic and non sympathetic . Now im stuck scrambling fir an appt.

All though I do agree with the invasive testing it's rather annoying but doctor yu is ok in my opinion, the front desk gets rather busy at times but over all I do like this office. I have had a lot of bad experiences in the medical field but I do have progress with these guys and they don't treat you bad. I have not yet had a problem. My medical needs are being attended to it's the travel distance that really bothers me. I had double knee replacement on both legs and as of now I'm trying to transfer to the area .
