Office staff are HORRIBLE so we didn’t even get in to see doctor. Staff could not verify insurance-so I called and verified for them. They couldn’t find referral-so I forwarded to them. Then manager Natalia Baquero CANCELLED appointment. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! I heard Dr. Jacobowicz was top-notch-too bad he doesn’t have sense to tell staff to shape up and he courteous. Hope he leaves for a better practice.

Great doctor, very professional and knowledgeable. I went for a sleep study, and got diagnosed with sleep apnea. But, unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the office faxing my order to the supplier. Dr. Jacobowitz had an order placed for me to get a CPAP machine. However, the supplier never received the order from the office. So, I called the office and they said they will send it again. I called the supplier back two weeks later and they never received anything from them. It's been a month since my appointment, and I feel like the past month has been wasted since my order is never found.

Went to Dr Jacobowitz for sleep apnea. He was very quick and efficient in diagnosing me. Went in one day, came home with an at home testing kit. So much less effort than going to a sleep center for the night. Brought the tester back the next day and he downloaded the information and provided the complete report showing that I had moderate to severe sleep apnea. He prescribed equipment that day and within less than two weeks, I was sleeping with the machine. A month has gone by now and I am doing much better. The office staff was pleasant, especially his assistant. Excellent doctor who really knows what he is doing.

PLEASE DON’T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!!! Do yourself a favor. Horribly unprofessional and unorganized. I’ve left 100 messages and have never received a call back. When you call, you will be connected to a call center. Impossible to talk to anyone from the actual office. Let alone your doctor or nurse. Terribly disappointed I wasted my time with this place. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Dr. Jacobowitz is the best ENT doctor in NY. He is thorough, kind, engaging, he listens to his patients. He makes valuable judgements on what type of care is best for his patients. There is hardly any wait time when you have an appointment. I am usually in and out in 30 minutes. He remembers who you are! His staff is professional and friendly. The office is clean and they follow all protocols for keeping everyone safe during the pandemic. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobowitz!

While Dr Jacobowitz is great, his office staff not so much This doctors office staff is HORRIBLE!!! You can never get a person always an answering service. When you do speak to someone they say they will call you back but never do. They all have horrible attitudes and do very little to assist with getting authorization for services highly do NOT recommend

I have been with Dr. Jacobowitz for almost 10 years now and I have nothing but admiration and respect for him. He has always explained clearly to me what he has to do and why. At one time I had to have a same day surgery and he was still very thorough. Two days later I was still bleeding. We called his answering service on a Saturday, he called back in a matter of minutes and told us to meet him at the hospital. Again, he did what was needed and fully explained what he was doing. If you need a fully professional doctor for your ENT needs, then make an appointment and see Dr. Jacobowitz.

I had a bad experience with reception which I previously posted here last week. Today I got a phone call from Dr. Jacobowitz apologizing for the incident. His personal outreach was very much appreciated as I understand that miscommunications can happen. I look forward to rescheduling my appointment and have every confidence that all will be well.

He is an amazing doctor, great bedside manner. He shows genuine interest and listens to you very carefully and approach to the situation in a very detailed manner and considers every aspect of patient's well-being and comfort. It is no secret that he is very best in his expertise. Very very professional.
