Shopped today for a basic printer. We had the best experience ever. Anthony knew every detail of every printer... amazing. Great selection and prices. I'll shop there more often. Thanks Anthony.

Ryan in their desktop computer area was phenomenal! I left Best Buy and came here, and wish I had come here first and not wasted my time at Best Buy. He showed me different brands and honestly explained the differences and various technologies. I highly recommend this store!

Ian was so helpful. I had a computer with problems and he was very patient and didn't laugh that I didn't know much about computers.

Dropped off several items to be laminated 1st thing in the am was told by the lady that took my items "well I'm not back here or I'd do it right now, but I'm sure they will get right to it" she took my #. I left came back around 2pm there was 5 employees standing around talking in the same area for copies/laminating, 1 lady working on something & another guy kinda wondering back there straightening papers, this employee asked what he could help me with I informed him about my order I dropped off. I am the told there is at least 6 orders in front of me! And that maybe it will be done by closing. I took my stuff to the heights location right after and they laminated it for me right then and the lady there was super friendly! Never again will I go to this location
