Went in to pick up a fax. One customer service rep doing a whole stack of copies for a customer. Waited 10mins. No other customer service rep in sight... I left..  Not the first time I have had to wait indefinitely.... Get your act together or just close shop!

Obviously when they're not busy I'm not important. I'm the only one in the store and there's three of them behind the counter visiting. I'm in the store 10 minutes hurriedly looking for correction tape. But as far as they're concerned I could've been ready to buy the most expensive computer in the store! Not going back! They are my neighbors and I will not recommend. Service is the only difference in this day and age.

For when you can't wait 2-3 days for Amazon and want to pay 15% more. 

Also good for when you want to be asked to join their discount card program you don't care about - or if you're looking to see 3-4 dawdling employees and ponder the business economics of the whole store...
