Customer Service second to none! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable, especially Cezar, who is an Ocean of Knowledge. He went beyond to help us with a return and to find what we really wanted, plus helping us with getting a printer. He told us the pros and cons of each one and asked how often we would use it. He was happy to help even if we didn't buy anything. He even carried the printer out to our car!

I use Office Depot primarily for copies. I do not use the self-service because the colors of my flyers were not true. The employees at the print counter are always helpful. I find them to be skilled with great suggestions.

I choose Office Depot whenever I am simply stumped with a problem situation with my work on photos, working on Ancestry reports, labeling materials, storing odds and ends...reports...etc. Sometimes it is material I am looking for....or tools...photo albums. The staff there is very accommodating and knowledgeable...often offering and demonstrating several options.. offering several solutions, and choices of products. I was just there today getting help for dating and preservation of old photos. Today I just walked into the door, checked to see who was at the registers and a staff member asked how they could help. It happens I needed what I considered to be an obscure item...she led me right to the aisle containing date stampers! Unbelievable! And I also picked up a very cute toy from the On-Sale rack! And using my telephone number I am eligible for rewards!

One employee knew exactly which aisle to send me to for a legal form I needed. when I found 2 choices, the employees at the checkout did not know the answer but looked up on his mobile and found the answer-- it was excellent help-- he went the extra mile!

I needed two items, with limited time to even stop here. But sales was prompt and very helpful for me to get on my way after my purchase. The roseville location is my go to office/school supply store.

The Roseville Office Depot is a friendly place to shop, with employees who care about what a customer needs. I trust them to print things just right and get them done quite fast.

Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The store itself has many options that are helpful for home, business or other.

Outstanding Customer Service! Even though there are many office depots closer to me I drive all the way from Hutchinson, MN. to Roseville MN an hour and a half just to get my printing done at the Roseville location - Tim and Britney, and all the staff are super helpful - they are friendly, solution-focused, and I always leave satisfied with my print jobs. Highly recommend the Roseville location because I always get the red carpet treatment.

Great place to go for office supplies l, printing and other supplies. The prices do not hurt the wallet and reasonable for a student like myself. I have encountered really helpful staff and I can say it has been an improvement from 5 years ago. Sometimes things are not on shelves but they have offered free delivery of items to my home overnight. Which I think is really good service, I hope they keep it up.
