When I couldn't get the self-service machine to complete my print job, Jonah, Dallin and Edgar all stepped up to help me. They were extremely courteous and professional, despite the late hour. I was very impressed with their attention to customer service and great attitudes. The world could use more people like them. I highly recommend this store - keep up the great work!
I went into Office Depot hoping to get some help to print up some prayer cards for my son that just passed away. I worked with Edgar and he was excellent. He was professional, patient and was willing to make changes and edits as we worked through the process from start to finish. I was so impressed. Prices were great and my cards were done within a day. No wait, no hassle, no problem. I will definitely recommend them for great printing and exceptional service!
I would like to give a big Shout-Out to Edger from San Mateo and Cutler Store in Albuquerque, NM. His knowledge of Wireless Technology is very impressive. He saved me from being frustrated at the copy machine and wasting a lot of time. Edger was able to download a PDF file from my Samsung Note 10 phone Document File from OfficeMax email onto a Thumb Drive and I was able to printout my documents. Go Edger and Go Office Depot/ Office Max.
Not sure how this place stays open. Pretty empty of goods except for office basics that you can find anywhere. Tons of parking!
Went to pick up an online order the employees were rude and made us feel unwelcome and were supposed to give us a coupon and failed to do so I won’t ever go back to that location and If I could give it zero stars I would

I am a local artist in Albuquerque. #Jenjenburque I needed buisness cards made for an event I was going to have my art displayed at the next day. I went in Saturday at 1 30 pm. The associate helping me was promp and extremely helpful. He did a great job on my cards . They were ready before the promised time . What a great experience I will definitely go there again..
Went here to buy printer ink, which was easy to find. There was a really nice employee who made sure I found everything I needed before ringing me up. She had long, straight black and grey hair if I remember correctly. I really appreciated her customer service.
Well every time that I go to this office Depot location where get treated with kind service in a timely matter the steamery representatives are always very knowledgeable in the products that this Office Depot carries I must say that the prices are a little high in this location probably because of the location of Albuquerque that it's placed in but there still was good deals on two for one paper and being a office Depot Rewards member I got the discounted I needed on the ink thanks guys for helping me out
I like the print services at Office Depot. The quality is good and the price is right. If I have a lot to print, Office Depot is the way to go rather than my home ink jet printer. I gave them a mediocre rating on this visit because the service man at the print counter ignored me when I tried to pick up my order.
