If I could give zero stars I would. I waited 30 minutes to pick up pre-printed blueprints while the 3 ladies behind the counter helped 2 people that walked in behind me, completely disregarding that I was in line. Then when I went to check out none of them could figure out the register, told me my card had a problem -and then finally figured up how to ring up a $15 transaction correctly. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
I hope the Sales Associate can forgive me for not remembering his name, but he was outstanding. Very helpful, very outgoing, and we got along as if we were old friends. Thank you sir, I really appreciate your help.
Customer service here is horrendous. Have visited this location multiple times and have never cared for the experience. The manager delegates and then keeps his head down, and far away from being helpful to customers. Things aren’t in the right place, I’ve had to go back for refunds more than once because of misplaced product. There’s always a line that takes forever. Self service printers are also terrible. If you can swing it, go to meyerland
It was very convenient to walk right in and fax my document. Was greeted and shown to the self service machines which are c labeled and with clear instructions. They have done a good job with the organization in this area.
Went to pick up some copy paper and packing tape today for work. Was approached by an employee and he directed me to the right area and also pointed out that copy paper was basically 2 for 1. Not sure what his name was but thank you!
Taneka and Paula in the printing department of store 61 on Kirby in Houston are amazing! They truly exemplify the definition of customer service! If you want a print job done to perfection with excellent communication throughout the process, this is the team for you!
It was a great experience, Theresa especially helped me decide in a planner for the new year since I’m very indecisive. Will definitely come again due to having great customer service.
I was in this location for one hour and 15 minutes before I went towards the cash register. Not one employee approached me to ask me if I needed any help. When checking out, the person at the register would not look me in the eyes or talk to me, it was only until I held onto my last items that he spoke to me. No wonder the world has gone to online purchasing. There is no customer service in person anymore.
The staff at this store go above and beyond to help customers. I felt so valued. Thanks you all so much.
Friendly associates... minimal wait lane time.... great location...I had my book spiraled at their copy section... they were efficient and nice... and I get most of my studying supplies as well ....
