Terry, was fantastic. I called to see if I could get a specific design for a receipt booklet made needing an original sheet for our records and a carbon copy as back up. I asked if he could make it according to the design. He said yes. I came to the store and showed him our design. I asked again if he could make them. He said yes. He showed me the paper and the carbon paper he would use and demonstrated how it would look after he wrote on it. It performed exactly the way we needed it to. I told him I needed 4 booklets of 50 cut to our design. He said it would be ready the next day. The next day I looked at them and they were EXACTLY like our design and exactly what we needed. I took a picture of them and sent it and the cost to another congregation because they too would eventually be needing to get theirs made up too. We will certainly be using OfficeMax again. Keep up the Great work!!!

I use this office max a few times a month to print for my job and have never had issues until yesterday. Yesterday I was in a hurry and emailed the store what I needed printed. When I went in I had a very disappointing experience with Terry in printing. He was very rude when I said I did not want to give my phone number and email. He stated he was required to get that info. I said that the other employees never needed it and I just wanted to pay for my prints. He grabbed his hand held and aggressively slid it down the counter, stated he just wasn’t going to create my ticket to pay, walked away, and started helping another customer. I was appalled, and when I asked to speak to a manager he was all of a sudden able to create my ticket so I could pay. It was uncalled for and unprofessional. If I see Terry working I will leave and go somewhere else for printing.

Came in to make some copies of a picture for some family cards and the Printing Supervisor Brittaney I hope I spelled that right was so, so helpful! She was incredibly friendly in helping to make sure we got the right style and set up for our cards. Thank you so much for making our experience great and smooth!

Made an error on an online printing order and visited the Vivion Road store who allowed me to make the corrections before printing. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Also assisted me in finding the correct product when I brought the incorrect product to the check out. . . All Much Appreciated!

So nice to be kindly greeted as soon as you walk in the door and immediately receive help in finding what I needed.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on the subjects i needed service and support with. My copies were made in a very timely manner with the utmost professionalism and i walked out the store putting items i purchased to use before i got to the parking lot! Kudos Office Depot!!

Staff not friendly or very helpful and prices are high also did not have the item I was seeking. I shop here as a last resort.
