Office Pride is always incredibly responsive and one of the most reliable providers of commercial cleaning in Louisville, KY. Don't think I have ever had to wait for more than an hour or two before receiving a response from someone on their team via email. Scheduling is simple and painless plus their team will work with your schedule and to make sure you're happy with the recurring cleanings. You can request to have the same cleaners for every cleaning, which gives me incredible comfort in knowing who is in the office when we’re not there. They offer a standard service of commercial cleaning in Louisville, KY but you can customize it to your specifics needs. We currently have them come twice a week during the evenings and they are marvelous. We requested they come and do their standard cleaning for two hours and extend our cleanings for another hour for a "deep cleaning" of a room when needed. Not only do they have a standard cleaning checklist listed on their website, but we are such sticklers that we have a checklist of our own and they are flexible/gracious enough to actually check off the list we leave them every time. Even when we have had scheduling conflicts due to vacations, still their team has been incredibly accommodating. Overall, we've had a great experience and plan to keep using them for good.

Office Pride has been providing our plant and office cleaning services in Louisville, KY since September 2015. They were one of several companies I interviewed after an online search for janitorial services in our area. I was hesitant to use a company after having private individuals clean for the past 20 years. After one individual was found in an act of indiscretion in our office and another proved to be unreliable, I needed to find another resource. Office Pride responded to my inquiry quickly and was onsite the following day. In addition to being professional and courteous, David Burks was attentive to my specific areas of concern. He didn’t treat my company as just another commercial cleaning job with trash to empty and floors to mop. He was thorough in his assessment, noted all my detailed requirements and provided a rate that was well within our budget. What I like most about Office Pride is the communication. It is hard to trust your company, belongings and personal space to someone you don’t know. David made it a very easy transition to Office Pride by following through on every detail we discussed. He notifies me if a different cleaner will be on site and ensures that everything is to our satisfaction. Since partnering with them, I haven’t had to worry about the safety and security of our facility or the quality of cleaning. Walking in to work every morning after a cleaning to fresh vacuum streaks on the floor with a clean office and I know they have been onsite. I appreciate the way Office Pride has taken over this responsibility, so that I can concentrate on the other areas of our business.
