Walked in asking about printing. Instead of saying politely they can't do the job, which would be understandable, he scoffs/laughs at my request very rudely. If you hate your job, quit. I've been working customer service since highschool and have never been so rude to someone for no reason. I'm going in again when I can to report the worker to a manager.

Terrible experience: I came in to make copies using the self-serve function. When I try to use the printer it did not have any way to read my USB. I asked a representative, they look very confused, and then they said put your document into PDF format and then they said it cost more if I do it. I put my document in a PDF format, went to print it off, and unfortunately it did not give me the option to print off specific pages. I approached the representative, and the reply I got was I don't know. Ridiculous

Very nice staff here. Great back to school sales. I visit every week to get the best sales to stock up for the year.
