Went to print and scan a medical form one page. Which I’ve done many, many times and have never had a problem at other locations. I go in and wait about 3 minutes at the counter before I am even noticed by the employee who has her back turned to me, I tried to get her attention several times. When she finally comes over and asks what I need and I tell her, she makes it very clear she didn’t want to help me. She told me to go over to the self serve and do it. I explained to her that the last time I used the self serve I got charged a hold for several days, and I only had a few dollars in my account that wouldn’t cover the hold which was why I was trying to do it at the counter. She told me again to go over there, but to use cash. I again, explained to her that I only had a few dollars on my account, and did not have any cash, but that I just needed to print and scan this one page. She got a visibly annoyed look on her face so I said ‘Do you not print and scan back there anymore? Or do you just not want to??’, to which she got flustered and said that she could but that it would be a lot more expensive and that it’s better to just do self serve. I asked her how much more expensive and she told me it was the difference between about 12 and 19 cents. Which, honestly wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but her attitude and demeanor about doing it was extremely frustrating and rude, and quite honestly horrible customer service, and after all that I told her to just forget it and walked out. The company as a whole shouldn’t have changed the fact that you have to go to self serve to print and scan and make it so difficult just to get one page printed, yes the self serve is convenient for people printing larger orders but for someone who had a very limited supply of money and couldn’t afford to have a hold on my account for days just to print one page, it’s very inconvenient. But with all that aside, the employees could be a lot more sympathetic with customers about these changes and not come off as if they’re just being rude or lazy.

What a wonderful experience. Without exception every employee on the floor came to me and asked if there was anything they could do to help. That happened 5 times. Nice to see some old school customer service. The store was clean and well laid out. The employees were well-dressed and polite besides being helpful. Next time you're in the market for some office supplies make sure you swing in here.

The Print Center at this Office Max is Top-Notch. I go there frequently to have marketing materials printed for my company, and I usually require a lot of assistance. They are always generous with their time and eager to help. Even better, my products always come out looking great. The young woman there, I think her name is Shannon, is my FAVE. They price match. I found printer ink there that I needed right away that cost $20 more than at Walmart, I just couldn't wait the two days to have Walmart ship it to me. I mentioned this to the nice guy at the check out and he looked it up and matched the price! Wow! So great to know because this store usually has those hard to find office supply items. I also learned they do free computer diagnostics, if yours is having issues or your teenager has crashed hers for the millionth time! They will also switch all data from the old computer to the new one you are planning to buy the teenager , if you can't repair the crash this time.

Went to drop off packages for fed ex delivery and get more shipping labels..its was 745p and the door wouldnt open so I went back to car and another customer tried getting in and same same. He got attention of worker Inside who had to physically pull door open and by time i got back. Door shut and req'd worker to open. ?? Wander how much business lost bcuz door not opening ?

Friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you with questions or to find products. Lots of choices for office supplies and most of all, THEY REPAIR COMPUTERS :

Everything we went for was out of stock, ink, laptop computer and external hard drive, EVERYTHING. After I finally found an employee he was rude and unhelpful. No wonder Office Min is going away. That was my last visit.
