Alex at the print shop is amazing. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable as we discussed options for printing some programs and remembrance cards for my grandmother's funeral. His kindness made a tough week a lot easier, and the programs and cards are really beautiful thanks to his help.

Stay away from Home Depot! We purchased several office furniture items at a local Office Depot store and arranged for local delivery which was offered by them for free. The sales associate spoke with the delivery department while we were there and arranged for the delivery, even giving them our number to call on that day when they were on the way. On the day of delivery, we called the delivery department who told us that could not have happened despite multiple witnesses because they never commit to deliveries. They simply do them when they get to them. We are now using our own vehicles and labor to pick up the purchased items after theit delivery staff refused to live up to their commitment. Stay away from Office Depot. They are not reliable and they deny committments they make!

Ricky was very helpful and answered all questions needed to help confirm the desire to purchase the chair. Still got to test the chair out, has high ratings online but not a lot of total review. Usually gaming chairs have a bad precedent and office chairs are better for gaming than gaming chairs but giving a shot due to the sales associate’s input.

It was a short trip for a planner, and I found some kcups needed, as well as batteries, and then came across a nice planner. Markus, the sales manager, was super nice and used a black Friday coupon, in addition to offering me a bottle of water! Great customer service. Thank you!

Drove close to 3 hours from Soldotna to find a zip binder and supplies for my daughter. Knowing we were arriving at 5:15 pm and we had just 15 min under an hour to shop in the store we thought it would still be worth the drive..until we got to the store. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a “just to let you know we are closing early because we are short staffed”. Granted we were staring at 4 employees sitting and talking in the front and we are only looking for a few items we thought “ok fine, we did just drive 3hrs”! But not even 15 min into shopping, an employee came around and made an “I’m sorry, but can you bring your items to the front already because we have to go home” comment. Not cool at all since the closing time is 6:00 pm and it was only 5:30. If we knew that this circumstance was gonna happen, we wouldn’t have driven the 3 hrs. And mind you the reason was they were “understaffed” with 4 or 5 employees and only 3 sets of customers, including us, in the whole store. We are very dissatisfied with this experience. If it wasn’t for one employee guiding is to the binders, I would have given 0 stars. Now great experience at all

The guy that helped me was working at the front and greeted me nice. Then he was very helpful and showed me different printers and showed the different types printers cartridges vs refillable printers. I would recommend others to shop at Office Depot/Office Max.

I have to get my print copy ready by Sunday, as I need to file next Monday. I arrived at OfficeMax store in Anchorage Old Seward highway, at about 6:30pm on Saturday. The office manager Ryan was so helpful: I was not able to operate the self-service machine, he helped me immediately. Then he helped me organized and made 4 very beautiful set of copies. Ryan was not only patient but also knowledgeable in managing the machines. I understand Ryan has been working on 12 hours shift since morning, but he is willing to stay late to get the work done. It’s so impressive to see the quality of the print work and the customer service in the store. This is one of my go-to store if I need printing or any office supply again !

Excellent service after a lunch appointment from Mark at OfficeMax who was very personable and helped us get the great online price match we were looking for for a Christmas present! Way to be Jolly!

This store has everything and the employees are friendly. That means a lot to me as a shopper! They know their store, too. I was directed to the right aisle for what I wanted, asked if I needed help I did and GOT IT! I'll be back to Office Depot/Max at this location for sure -- Old Seward Hwy/Dimond Rd. The store is neat, not over crowded but has -- again -- all the supplies/furniture/office incidentals you might need for your business.
