Official Shuttle

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! My mother in law who is disabled booked this service over a month in advance. She was picked up and delivered to the airport to visit us. However, when it was time to go back, for three days before her flight she tried to contact them to confirm her pickup and could not reach anyone. She also tried to call the parent company “The Go Group” at their toll free number but they could only transfer her back to the local provider “Oficial Shuttle” who could still not be reached. Confident that she booked the reservation she left expecting the pick up to take place. They did not arrive to pick her up and left my disabled mother in law stranded 80miles from her home. They (Larry) said she typed in an earlier pick up time and they could not reach her (while she was in flight) so they left. They had not used the flight information (which is what I would have expected a service that specializes in airport pickup to do) to determine the pick up time. The only option they provided is for her to wait 4hours for the next available driver. She is not tech savvy on her phone, so the Uber app was not an option. We are still praying that she arrives home safely as she had to take a ride from a by stander who says they are an Uber driver and will take cash.

Picked up late so they could bundle another guy with us. Web site says door to door, I didn't think that meant taking a side trip to another town and adding an hour to a 80 minute trip. We arrived an hour later than their estimate and after 30 hours of flights we were just bummed. Driver was taking 35 MPH curves at 50 to try to make up the time and was texting while driving as we left the airport. Try to find another way.....
