Do not give Zack any down payment money!! As far their carports go all Zack does is take your down payment( non-refundable ) of course and then it's up to you to fight with All Steel Carports in Michigan/Indiana. If they don't have enough sales coming to Ohio your not going to see your Carport. I had to lose my down payment, needed it before winter. Don't let Zack fool you. Just a kid that sits in a shed off 30.

Maryland Cabin we chose was built on site by Steve.Unfortunately, the young man from Rittman who delivered the materials pulled down the gutter and fascia from the side of the house after using a crane to unload the truck.No one would accept responsibility for it,even after I called Zack,who we bought the cabin from.The material supplier would not talk to us,even after Steve contacted him.Steve took matters into his own hands to rectify the situation.All I can say is,do not expect service after the sale.An unfortunate circumstance that only one person,Steve, stepped up to the plate to correct.We would not recommend this location only based on this.We would have purchased again,but not after this. When work is contracted out like it is here,I suggest you be on site each day,to avoid what happened to us.We have a gorgeous cabin, and we were left with a bad experience.What a shame.
