They never answer the phone and when you go there for questions they tell you they won't see you cause you need an appointment. They always charging my oma who's 99 years old late fees when she always send in her check middle of the month before the due date. I have to listen to her cry every month. Oishi Property Management is an amazing company and I would highly recommend them every time! Since the beginning the team has been extremely helpful. I have been a happy tenant and always receive help whenever needed. This is why I delivered some goods and treats after my one year Anniversary of living in my unit. They responded with a beautiful letter that the staff signed with a photo of their gratitude. In total, I’ve lived in my unit for about three years and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I worked with Tanya and Hiram whenever I had questions when first moving into my unit. Recently, I got approved for a new refrigerator. I appreciate Janice for all her assistance with the work order. The other reviews I believe didn’t take the proper steps in order to have maintenance done. There is a form needed to fill out and photos will definitely help when trying to show any issues in a unit. If there is no response, a simple phone call to the office will fix that. Update: I also commend their finance team! Mike is my main guy when it comes to the department. He is the absolute best if you ever have questions regarding late payments, late fees, or anything regarding Finance. 10/10 would recommend him. Note: If a sticker is ever missing for rent payment you can always drop off your rent check in person and they are always accommodating. Mahalo for your service!

Im a current tenant. My apartment got water coming thru the roof every time it rains since we moved here over a year ago I got pics and receipts at my attorney's desk of the stuff that being getting damaged waiting for them trying to tell me that they will hold any type of money from my deposit or extra charge me. Terrible service.
They told us that if we hired their cleaners instead of cleaning ourselves, we would get our deposit back. We hired their very expensive cleaners, and were told that the house was too dirty to get our deposit back. They also charged extra because the inside of the shower that they had painted with interior latex paint, had peeling paint! Lol!
I chose to rent from Oishi because I was so tired of weird landlords doing weird things. Oishi was so reasonable, fair, responsive, and fast. I decided to choose Oishi to manage my first and second rental properties, and I couldn't be happier with their service and performance.
Oishi’s property management helped secure my apartment in record time, and with a couple problems I put in a work order and they responded immediately and sent a repair person, within a day or two. I am very appreciative of the company taking care of issues for me.
This company doesn't have a sense of customer service. We tried to just set a viewing of the property and followed all the instructions, but no acknowledgment, no confirmation, no thank you for taking your time to put those codes. You wouldn't want to deal with a realtor like this one. Very very bad service.
I would give them a minus 3 if I could. I have delt with them twice . I did not know it was possible to get worse but they reached an entire new level of inhumane level of non professional behavior
