Great service and quality is , highly recommend getting your nails here.
I usually give people the benefit of the doubt and if someone is rude, or quiet maybe they’re just having a bad day. Customer service is important to me as I’ve owned my own hair salon for many years. However, my experience here left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. The lady didn’t say a word to me, the water was extremely hot she was very aggressive with the filing. Like it was painful, and I have tough skin. She was a uper rushed, the pedicure was literally 15-20 mins max. She turned off my massage chair because it was messing her up I guess. The gel uv light always burns my nails when getting them done so as I’m doing what I know to do, and that’s take my nails out of the light for a second to cool off, she grabbed my ankle and shoved it back under the light. Dug her nails into my skin numerous times to paint my nails. Even cut into my big toe meat. Just very rough and unpleasant experience. I ended up leaving before she could even get into the massaging part with lotion because I was agitated. After she was finished she just got up and walked away. The lady didn’t even move her work station cart so I could get out of the chair!!! I had to. She just walked off. The total was $40 I did pay but did not leave her a $20 tip like I usually do at other places. Unbelievable poor customer service never going back there and I would not recommend.Service: Pedicure
Very nice and clean. Did a great job on pedi and manicure for my granddaughter and me.
We have been coming here for several years. Always a good experience. Employees are nice and helpful. They did a great job on all services I’ve had. Price points are comparable to others.Services: Nail art
I went for the first time today and was so happy with my dip manicure. It was more expensive than other places $40 for dip manicure, but worth it. Kim was so nice and took her time with my nails. She really knows what she is doing.
They do a great job but they charge twice as much as other salons. My nails do look better than they ever have before but I'm not sure I can justify paying $60. I've never paid that much before. Even if they remove my old ones and put on new.
Just went in as a walk in to get a fill and also purchase a $50 gift certificate. Total about $100 about 45 minutes of service. I was seated and given the nail colors, while the 3 ladies there finished with their 5 clients. One nail tech abruptly finished her customers, then went to the back and left 2 nail techs to finish with the remaining 3 customers. She cleaned up a little and I assumed she’d start my nails soon after or at least free another nail tech up to start on mine. Nope! She went to the back and was talking either with someone or on the phone. I waited 10 minutes and no one else acknowledged I was there or gave me a time estimate or even appeared to care to hustle a little. So no thanks, I’ll stick with Elegant Nails down the road. I usually wait but the ladies there at least tell me it’ll be X amount of wait and hold my spot while I shop or sit me in the massage chairs. Or even do like most nail salons do, start my nails between coats on other customers. Not a good way to get and keep a $200 a month customer!!!
They weren't busy when I was there. They are very friendly and I always get a great job done on waxing my eyebrows. Although they don't have fancy store it's clean. They do a very good job on manicures as well.
I started getting my nails done here in 2007 because it was so close to my job, but stopped going when I went to another company... Of all the nail shops I have tried in OKC, this one is by far the best... My nails last & everyone is so sweet. I will say that if you are wanting all the fancy designs that are popular these days, this might not the place to go, but if you want a good foundation, they are the way to go... I drive 30-40 minutes for each appointment & will continue to do so :-
Horrible experience. The establishment advertise $35 mani/pedi in their window. After they got midway through the service the lady said there will be an extra charge for my granddaughter nails, the manicure only cover doing her cuticles only, NOT nails and the gel she was putting on my nails is separate from the manicure. The pedi is also separate. They charged me separate for each service and did not give my granddaughter the manicure she came for. OKNails charged me nearly $100. I did not get the pedi either. When I question my bill the guy got rude and nasty. Very unprofessional. Ok Nails does false advertisement and their employees scam their customers. Again BEWARE!!!
