Crazy that this money hungry institution has been shut down!! I will never stoop this low again, Never! How you expect someone asking for assistance to be than turned and asked for money you don't have. Never ever will I be fooled again.

Case workers don't ever answer the phone. And when you call to talk to operator they are just so rude. Y'all need to hire people who actually does their job who answers the phone and when they do answer the phone they arent so damn rude!

State employees are the laziest. I have called multiple times to speak with my case worker. I have left multiple VMS and no response. Every time I call they just simply transfer you, which leads to a VM more often than not. Terrible service. They need to hire people who actually care.

They do help in any way possible...they help with food stamps even visit me in the hospital when I was sick...they have always feed me and a place to take a shower and give me clean clothes...this place really do help any body who try to help them self...people just lazy...Terrell Lynn COTTON
