Today 02-14-2021 on the local news, the spokesperson for ONG said for people to save on their bill, they need to put on more clothes and turn their thermostat down. It’s 5° outside. Instead of telling their customers to freeze, maybe they should lower their prices.

Keep having issues with our bill and now cant get it transferred. Thanks ONG.

Im not a very happy camper . I've been waiting all day on a call for my order and still nothing at 7 at night. Apparently he is on emergency call but we are still in order . Worse company ever

I called about the occasional smell of natural gas, and ONG personnel were at my house in about an hour. They found and repaired a leak at the meter within 2 hours.
