Decent prices which is why I shop here and the customer service is typically okay. However today I felt compelled to leave a review on this place for the first time. Today I walked in was not greeted nor was I asked if I needed help with anything after pacing the aisles for a couple of minutes. The male attendant was deeply engaged in a conversation with another male. Shortly after me, a white male customer walked in and surprisingly the attendant immediately acknowledged him. After my disappointment, I then proceeded to walk out which is when the attendant asked if I needed help with anything. He was completely aware of what he had just done. Very poor customer service.
Friendly associate, she called management and they made the decision not to sell us but two bottles of Moscato after driving two hours. We were there to purchase cases. Apparently we had the means to pay. Stated unable to because needed it for other customers. To sum it up didn't want the money right then now. But when one store will not make a good business decision, another will. We were able to fulfill our goal. The trip was successful after all.
Small but with a wide variety.
They worked hard to keep inventory up during this pandemic. Always having what I'm looking for. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Overpriced. Parking lot is always crowded, hard to maneuver in and out. Wouldn't suggest unless your wanting high priced wine or specific type of whiskey, brandy, bourbon or high priced champagne
$150 for a bottle of Blantons is absurd. I’ll never buy anything from this store again after seeing how they gouge their customers on bourbons.
