It wasn't okay. Stop here, didn't find any clothes that we liked at our style, only reason it was a four-star. Not a five was the fact that all five store associates were just crowded around talking the entire time we were there and nobody was offering help or anything.

Always enjoy shopping here. Some great buys! And fun buys!

I went shopping here after work, but BEFORE everyone else got off work. There was no lines at the counter, the store was clean and orderly. What should have cost me $600 only cost me around $300. The young woman at the counter kept swipping coupons and saved me around $300 !! We then swung into Chick Filla and nestled down for the LONG wait......Go check out Old Navy !!

employees are helpful but the variety of jeans is AWFUL, the styles are NOT flattering, and it was not worth the trip.

My wife enjoys shopping at old navy. This store treated us well.

Clothes are cheaply made but I guess that's the point. One season and toss!

Old Navy is known for their simple style and we are not disappointed when shopping for basics. We had the good fortune to finds what we needed and a new pair of jeans. The floor staff was polite however the cashiers were abysmal. One of the 2 had no expression or apparent desire to be there and our cashier was more concerned with being cool than our service. It was one of the oddest Old Navy check out experiences.

Today was a long day of clothes shopping for the kiddos. We found a lot of good deals. Ranging from 30 to 60 percent off. It was worth walking around, and did not mind spending a good chunk of money on good quality clothes. We recommend going to this store, and saving like we did. I see a return customer in the future.

Friendly store, with good apparel options. Reasonably priced, but can get some awesome bargains when the sales hit. I get a lot of my wardrobe here and off of their website. Easy to return clothes or do exchanges. The changing rooms on the side of the rooms with the curtains, while accessible, are kind of a nuisance the way they are setup, especially if you have clothes you’ve tried on that you don’t want.

I love old navy i shop here all the time, but the last few times the stuff i have been getting they were supposed to be on sale and they have been ringing up full price and one pair of jeans i got said 50% off and the cashier said oh it's only the bottom half. Really!! The sigh did not indicate that. Its been happening more and more.
