Old Navy

UM, for this area & the prices of some I store items...the bathroom definitely resembles a Circle K! Mothers beware. Not 100% sure women would want to change there kiddos in here! It’s definitely dirty.‍ This whole bathroom needs a make over & update! It’s 2020, c’mon management get it together! I usually only come here for clearance or work pants! I’m 24 and yes I shop here. Some people think this is just for “older gals.” Not the case. I’ve had two friends work here before & even they said buying things full price is ridiculous! Better off just waiting for clearance! I have known this brand to usually have mostly cotton apparel for those w/any allergies or skin conditions or in general!

The desert ridge location is my go to Old Navy store when I need to grab quick things like a themed shirt for kids school or flip flops for a trip. Always clean. Organized and quick service. I don’t feel they have a variety of different items or mass amounts of the basic items they carry but that’s bc old navy wants you to order online and pick up in store. This seems to be a common practice at larger old navy stores outside of my area I have traveled to thinking I would find more options… not the case. So if you are wanting to just spend the day out shopping this isn’t the store to do so but if you need the basic old navy essentials easy convenient location at Desert Ridge

Two people asked if I wanted help and when I was ready were very helpful in finding the right jeans. Good prices for jeans, cute boyfriend blouse was pricey though.

This is your very typical Old Navy, not the best quality but semi decent prices. Most of the shirts I buy here stretch all wonky after I wash them, but they are sometimes cheap enough that I don't mind as long as I get a few good wears out of them. It does seem that their prices just keep increasing though, which kind of makes them not worth it anymore.

Noticeably good customer service - three women were especially helpful to me on my first clothes-shopping trip in ages, Sim, Kaycee, and Esmeralda. It takes a lot of patience to deal with retail customers and these ladies had it in spades. There is one more woman whose name I forgot to ask, but she is the reason I now have 4 new dresses and plenty of essentials I was missing. Thank you, lady who showed me the dresses! I hope management treats you all like the hardworking and kind people you are, and I hope you're also paid appropriately for the awesome service you provide! Prices were also pretty good in general

Friendly staff, clean shopping area and not very busy which is nice. They have awesome sales going on right now for Christmas. Pj pants 50% off

It's a nice store to shop for clothing. They don't have huge variety but decent collection most of the time. They do have sales very often too. Kids section also has some nice clothes. Staff is helpful here. There return policy and procedures adjustment policy is also nice. You can also do online shopping and do returns in stores.

Always love this Old Navy! The customer service is great, especially today. I was helped by young woman named Espie Who helped me even though technology was feeling while she tried to complete an online order for me. She was very sweet and asked me about my day, she did not give up on me until the order was complete. Very impressed!

Christy was horrible! It took 15 minutes for them to figure out what was the so called correct price. The system was calculating it cheaper price so she wasn’t satisfied with it. So she made me wait and wanted to ring it separate each item. Next time don’t lie to the customer and be rude about the prices. I just came to buy some clothes and you made this experience horrible with your attitude. Next just listen to your manager to leave it alone.
