Old Navy

The store is always clean and associates are nice and helpful. I've recently started shopping at Old Navy again because I discovered they give out Super Cash similar to Kohl's and I love that!

Amazing experience! I had a large online return to make and the sales associate was so helpful! She let me know if the items I was returning were discounted more than usual so I could exchange for a different size/color and not lose my amazing sale price. She found me shopping around later on and helped me pick out some pants options as well. This associate definitely went above and beyond!

I love Old Navy even though they have jeans, pants or shorts that do not fit me at all so I have to buy dresses or shirts or sandals or accessories. I mostly buy for the children when I go to Old Navy They have a nice selection for the girls and boys,They have good customer service and clean bathrooms.

Terrible service, a lady named sam rung my merchandise up trying to charge me 49.99 for a pair of overalls that were clearly marked 44.99 as the sign also said an additional 50% off. She radioed back to be sure asking about women's overalls, she was told that they were not and she said ma'am I will have to take off the discount unfortunately because they are not that price. I said I'm not paying 100.00 dollars for a pair of overalls. So I said matter of fact you can keep all of it. I left and I I got a store away and turned back around and rechecked the tag and it said exactly what I told her. A bit frustrated I told her manager Liz seemed a nonchalant as my ticket and the communication was terrible. But hey old navy my experience outside of the kind lady and gentleman restocking and assisting on the floor was an overall disappointment. And for the manager to not try to put me at ease and be frustrated to that was what brought me to this review. I can handle miscommunication but if everyone in the store lacks problem solving abilities and understanding, you may as well just stop shopping there. I will be cancelling my credit card with you all as well. Your prices are rediculous and the only thing riding for you would have been quality clothes and a place that would ensure customer satisfaction.

I have always enjoyed coming to this location for clothing shopping for my family, as they have the best prices around for little ones who keep growing on you seemingly overnight. I am very sad to hear they are leaving this location, as it’s convenient and nearby to my house.

I LOVE Old Navy!!! I'm VERY impressed with their body inclusivity thing they have. It's nice to see clothes in ALL sizes together at no extra cost for bigger sizes! Super cute clothes too!!

One of the better Old Navy stores in the Kansas City area -- every associate there wanted to help me find the items I was looking for, but some items were sold out or no longer available. I'll probably come back to this store in the future the next time I'm in the area. It was a great place to shop.

The clothing is nice but our cashier wasn't. She was rude and didn't even smile. I had to ask our total because she never mentioned it. When I asked she made an audible sigh and showed us on the card machine. To top it off, her name tag said she was a lead!

The cashier should have told me that they don't have bigger bills than 5 dollar bills Frustrating to carry lots of smaller bills in the wallet. I could have charged my credit card. Bad experience!

Waited in line for 20 minutes with only 2 other customers in front of me due to the incompetent cashier and store manager who ignored the problem! What a joke store experience, totally not worth the wait, especially since Old Navy is so over priced!
