Old Santa Fe Trail Beef Jerky

I love it! I dip the contents of the jerky in a super salty brine and then dry it again. I love the salt that adds to it. I wish there was a way to bring the shipping down. $9 is a lot for one pound.

I don't mind dry jerky. I like a thin tough chewing jerky normally. My issue is the complete lack of flavor. I tried the Black Pepper. Will not be trying the rest of their flavors.

Soo good if you like dry jerky. Super thin and such a good texture. I know a lot of people like thicker, moist jerky but this is the perfect texture to me. Ate the entire sampler pack in one sitting.
