Old Spokes Home Community Workshop

The Old Spokes Home has always been a great shop. Lately I’ve been even more impressed by the welcoming vibe, the clear communication, and the fast, high quality service. They especially do a fantastic job on my treasured steel-frame Trek road bike. It comes back gleaming and running like a dream! Thanks OSH!

I am retired. I bought a adult tricycle on line. It was new and in a box and needed to be assembled. I was given a quote of 138.00 to put the bike together. When the weather warmed up I went to ride my bike and due to the front end I am unable to use it. I called the shop. They told me to take it to them. I do not have a car. The person who took the bike over to be assembled has moved. With no way to get the bike to them I now have a very expensive souvenir. I live within under 2 miles and they could come here and make the adjustments . No customer service. But they had no problem taking the 138.00

Best and most progressive bike shop I’ve ever been to. Rode through on a tour from NYC to Montreal and they sorted us out with a tune up for cheap. Thanks y’all.

I have gone to get my bike fixed multiple times but it seems to be every time I get it fixed it comes out more broken then before. I have gotten my chain broken from them and my crank snapped in half because of them too.

What a gem! Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I walked in and they inspected my bike on the spot. I was a bit late to schedule a spring tune up, but they offered to fix my busted tire on the spot so I wouldn't have to wait to ride until my tune up next month. Will definitely be going back!

I've been coming here off and on for years. This place is always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, it's one of the best bike shops for actual people. I personally believe people here genuinely care about there customers, and the community in general. It's more than just a business.

I seldom leave a review for companies, this might be my third, but when I do its because a company or business has gone above and beyond, I don't leave negative reviews, because every one has a bad day. Old Spokes is an amazing bicycle shop. I truly enjoyed my time looking for and picking out my bike,. The reason for this is because of the honesty of the employees and their willingness to assist my wife and I. Today April 3, 2021, Old Spokes was very busy and yet the employees managed their time astoundingly to ensure each customer was taken care of. This business takes pride in their refurbished bikes and it shows. They will not sell you.a bicycle, if they have any doubt in its integrity. I will not shop at any other bike shop for my bicycle needs. Lastly, this place has an awesome mission of providing affordable bikes that people from any walk of life can afford. Not to be sentimental, but in some cases, a bike is the only way for those with out great means can travel. Which can mean the difference between getting a job or not. I am beyond grateful I found this place. I look forward to going back to Old Spokes.
