Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Olive Garden is one place that I hold near and dear to my heart. On a normal day you can go into anyone of their locations and enjoy the best Italian food on the planet. Now there are maybe one or 2 of them I'll never step foot in. As a general rule they are exceptional. The one on Siegen Lane the first visit was pretty bad. However the staff is one of the very best I've seen. Donald the managing partner is one of those star quality managers, you know the one that shines better and brighter with his level of excellence. He does hold his managers to that standard and hold each of his team members as well. Jamie which is one of those managers. This is one of the number one olive gardens in the country. Please go ahead and try them you will see excellence at its finest.

Have enjoyed your food for years but wife is now home bound and we have to use take-out. I do this at least once per week at Baton Rouge Olive Garden on Siegen. I have have enjoyed your parking spots for takeout to allow me to get in and out ASAP. The last three visits, however, over the last ten days, all take-out spots have been filled by NON take out customers. The same cars are there when I leave as were there when I ordered and waited for my food. There were NO OTHER take out customers.while I was there. I talked to manager, but he had no answer for the problem. In future, if all takeout spots are filled, I will not stop at Olive Garden. I will continue on to Jason’s Deli to order takeout.

I love this place! They got fresh food that's not 2 heart attacks like McDonald's and the food priced really well! All the workers are really friendly and the tables and booths are always clean.

Good food, as always. But each time we've gone there, it has taken a while for us to be acknowledged. We stood at the hostess's stand and watched the host basically have a conversation and ignore us. Another time, we were seated at a table that wasn't being served. We just happened to catch a helpful waitress, who ended up serving us. I could take it or leave it, honestly.

Outstanding food and beverages. Tremendous service and atmospheric. Terrific value. Minimum wait 2b seated during peak periods...
