This participar location is hit and miss. Appetizers come super fast and entrees will take forever. Some servers are great and some are not. For a chain Italian Restaurant it's not bad and quality of food and beverages are good. Just need a little more consistency. Love the salad...

tried a new dish, chicken something, it was loaded with veggies and was really good. the mango strawberry tea was also really good. my wife had the eggplant parmesan, she wasn't as pleased with her selection. the kids are always pleased. service was not good, a family that came in after us, received beverages, bread and salad before I had to get the manager/host that sat us. we had a good waitress once things were rolling. we get the emails, so the kids are for a dollar.

Great every time I go. I’ve read some reviews about poor service, but I personally have never experienced that. Everything has always been phenomenal.

Poor service. Meal was less than mediocre. Waited and then had to ask twice for the child's meal ordered for the six- yr-old. No refills on drinks or salad. Had to flag down a hostess and then wait some more for any attention. Would not recommend.
