Olive Leaf Bistro features a cuisine from various Mediterranean regions. Our menu is centered on local and imported Ingredients to create refined and genuine flavors from the South of France, Italy, Spain, North Africa and Greece.
Chef- owner Jimmy Shraby established Olive Leaf Bistro on the Ohio River in Jeffersonville, Southern Indiana. He’s earned several culinary awards for his creativity and mastery in his field. For the past fifteen years he owned and operated Soufflé French restaurant on the east coast in the town of Summit, New Jersey.
Chef Jimmy is a gracious and a dynamic host, always striving for excellence. He's dedicated to providing his guests with an enjoyable dining experience with one primary goal in mind, to offer the area residents the finest food served by a friendly wait staff in a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
He creates exciting, flavorful, & authentic cuisine, celebrating Olive leaf bistro’s mix of French, Italian, Greek; Spanish & North African influences & offers his guests to experience the ambiance while never leaving the city of Jeffersonville.
Olive leaf bistro offers a renowned dining facility. If you’re planning a party, the facility will accommodate up to 85 Guests. Olive leaf bistro also caters on and off premises and can prepare platters for home parties and office luncheon.
