Olson’s was amazing! The worked with us when we needed to get a car repaired around the holidays by coordinating with our insurance company and finding the best prices on the parts. The work was superior, it was like getting back a new van. Thank you!!

Great customer service. I had a dissatisfied exchange with Redmonds Auto, and so I decided to give Olsen Auto a try. Being a family business, Olsen had decades of reputable experience and excellent customer experience. The staff was knowledgeable, and more importantly they were honest. The staff educated me through the process and did not try to take advantage of someone who knows little about vehicles. I am very pleased with my experience doing business with Olsens, I would recommend it to anyone without a doubt.

So Happy with Olson's. We got our car back early, wiped down on inside and body work was great. Definitely would recommend them.

The place to go in Traverse City, have known the owner Scott for eons, honest and dedicated to see his team in the office and the shop do a superior job, appreciate them being there.
