Excellent Service, great floor plans, I love my gourmet kitchen. Olthof really sticks to the time frame they give you as to when the your home will be finished. They made the process from start to finish so easy. Thank you Cheryl. Any concerns I may have will be addressed in our 30 day home review.

The entire process from sales to closing was enjoyable. All of the building trades did a good job and the construction site was always in order. We even moved in one week early! After being in the home now for 12 weeks, we are just as pleased.

We built our home in Crown Point. From the beginning Erin made us feel comfortable and confident in our choice to build there. She is extremely knowledgeable about their products and has wonderful taste. She answered every email and call quickly and if she didn’t have an answer to a question she found it fast. The building process was great and Randon was fantastic to work with as well. He was so helpful and made sure we were comfortable and informed of our choices. We love our home. Erin made this process easy and enjoyable for us. I never felt like I was in the dark on a single thing and I knew that I would never have an unanswered question. If I could have Erin around for every house I built I know it would be a breeze every time!!! Thanks for everything!

Such a great team to work with! From the beginning to the end Shelley was there for us to guide us along the way. Everyone was very professional. We would work with Olthof again in a heart beat
