I'm giving this place five stars it was beautiful the staff was extremely nice and very welcoming and the few little problems we had we're completely rectified by the sales manager. They were super attentive and very receptive which I always love to see in a business. It shows you care about your customers. I want to give a shout out to Julie the sales manager and let her know that she was wonderful and she is great at her job. The staff at Omni Royal seem to have a connection and camaraderie and you can tell they enjoy their jobs and working together. I'd like to give another shout out to Rod thank you for a wonderful dinner, you are very Charming and great at your job and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel not just for the wonderful staff or the beautiful hotel but also that it's located in the perfect place, close to everything but far enough not to be super noisy. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience. I will be telling anyone l know that's going to New Orleans to stay at this hotel.

Omni Royal Orleans is a perfect location in the French Quarter. The hotel itself was very nice. We had a balcony room which was lovely, but could hear the street noise while sleeping, but that's just part of being in the city. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was always very friendly. This was our first time to NOLA and it was a surprise destination for my husband's birthday (this is his wife leaving the review) and they sweetly sent Sparking wine and a dessert to our room! That was a really nice touch! We had breakfast at the hotel and you can't go wrong from the menu or the buffet... there is plenty to choose from. I would definitely recommend Omni Royal Orleans to anyone looking for a wonderful hotel and a perfect location in the French Quarter!

Was here with a conference group. We do this meeting every year in a different location and the staff at Omni was as good or better than any we've worked with. Sleeping rooms were a bit on the small side but it's the French Quarter. Location doesn't get any better as it sits right in the middle of some of the best restaurants you'll ever find. Would definitely recommend for business or pleasure!

This was our first stay at an Omni Hotel. We were very impressed with the staff from our first encounter; from the Doorman and Front Desk personnel to the Bell Service. The Maid Service was EXCELLENT: turn-down service every night and champagne and chocolate covered strawberries our first night! The Concierge (Peter) was very helpful, setting up several tours and events. Dinner at the Rib Room was excellent! We were centrally located in the French Quarter; a block from Bourbon Street, a half block from Antoine's, and a block and a half from The Court of the Two Sisters!

Nice place! Rooms kinda small, but that's normal in historical hotel buildings. Nice bathtub. Staff was great. We stayed here for a weekend retreat for Shell Oil and we had a welcome party in a big room at the hotel. Parking garage guys were all nice and professional. Valet is pricey but average to every other hotel in New Orleans.
