Omnis Rehab: Joint and Performance Center

I have been going to Omnis Rehab for several years and I can’t say enough positive things about them! Their staff is amazing and super friendly. The facilities are clean and tidy. Dr. DeClerk is the best! I have seen him for several things not just chiropractic but all around join health! He has helped me to get to the bottom of the issues and get them resolved so I can get back to my normal workouts! I also see MJ for my massage therapy and she is incredible as well!! Have recommended them to several friends and colleagues and would do so again and again! They are phenomenal so check them out!!

I've been going to Omnis Rehab for nearly 2 years to treat a sore shoulder and working to avoid ever having surgery while trying to remain active. Brady DeClerk and the whole team at Omnis Rehab are great! Friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to listen and help me get things treated. Omnis is also really good about not locking you in to a set # of treatments at a fixed price, but instead making sure you can get treated as you need it without an ongoing commitment. Great place, I encourage you to check it out!

Dr Brady is very professional and attentive. He listens and addresses the patient’s needs, even if there are multiple. He personalizes each treatment plan to the needs of the patient, not the needs of filling his appointment calendar or attempting to maximize payer benefits. He has been gracious enough to work me in urgently when I have had acute issues, as well. His staff is efficient and knowledgeable, and SO kind! I have also had massages with MJ and she is amazing! I love that I can schedule online OR over the phone too. Makes it so easy and convenient. Cannot recommend Omnis Rehab highly enough!

Dr. DeClerk, Betta Clark and all the staff at Omnis Rehab are amazing. I went in for both lower back pain, hip pain and also left wrist issues pre and post COVID. I genuinely think I would still be in pain if it weren't for their help. Their care and dedication to all of their patients is absolutely outstanding. Brady really took the time to speak with me about my issues to make sure he understood everything going on and recommend specific treatment. Betta assisted me with pelvic floor treatment and exercises after I had my daughter, and I can't sing her praises enough! I highly recommend taking a visit to ease your aches, pains and woes in addition to always being greeted with a smile! They work extremely hard to keep within CDC guidelines. One of the best teams out there!

Brady and the staff at Omnis are the best! They are all very friendly and always willing to help. I went in because of daily back pain SI joint and between the adjustments and strengthening exercises Brady gave me, my back pain is gone!

Great staff! Dr. Kevin at the North Little Rock location does chiropractic as well as soft tissue work customized to the patient's individual needs. MJ is the best masseuse around, from light pressure to deep tissue, cupping, and more! Scheduling is easy too.

I've used Dr. DeClerk for several years at another facility for strictly chiropractic care and always been very happy with the treatments. However since he opened up Omnis Rehab about a year ago and started focusing as much on the cause of pain and disfunction and not just treating the symptoms, I've been even more pleased. He not only uses a variety of techniques in the office to treat you while you are there, but can also provide some ideas of things to do on your own at home or in the gym to try to help maintain yourself between visits. I would definitely recommend Omnis Rehab for basic chiropractic care, but if you participate in any sport at all then this is the place you should seek treatment.

My experiences at Omni have all been wonderful! Not only did they help relieve the back pain I was experiencing, the amazing staff also helped me to understand what was causing my pain and gave suggestions on how to alleviate it on my own. I can’t recommend them enough! Also my 9 year old changed my name to hers in google, and I don’t know how to fix it, but this review is being made by an adult!

After my cesarean section, the upper left side of my back really hurt and it caused me to sleep poorly at night. When I could sleep, it was only in a particular position which in turn caused other parts of my back and neck to ache. I can’t thank Dr. DeClerk enough for restoring me back to sound sleep. I noticed a difference upon the initial adjustment and after just a few adjustments I was back to normal! The office staff is incredible as well—very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable!

Maintaining the health of my body is important and the staff at Omnis Integrated Medicine makes sure i am well taken care of. Dr. DeClerk spends time finding out what my issues are and helps me with treatment plans I can do at home. They call and check on me and make sure I am on schedule for maintenance. The staff is very helpful and friendly and their massage therapist, M.J. is amazing. I highly recommend this place.
