I love this place and my dog foes too. Best place ever. I definitely feel my dog is in good hands when I leave her.

Courtney fixed our dog that wouldn't behave in leash. We left our dog for an 8 day bootcamp and now we can walk her without a leash.

Went down in rating from 5 star to 3 star. Wanted out dogs groomed, was told there was a 2 week wait and they would call when appointments were available again. 2 weeks came and went with no call, week 3 we call told will call you back, finally a call at week 5. We almost went somewhere else. A suggestion if I might, a quick contact call to your waiting customers goes a long way.

I adopted Sam from the Humane Society and took him to see Jamie at On Command for a good grooming as he had a bad kennel smell and hadn't been cared for in quite some time. I can't believe the difference in how he feels and smells. He's so soft and smells so good and is welcome on the bed now! He was getting fur all over everything but after Jamie took care of him, there's hardly any fur now! He looks so handsome! Everyone he meets on our walks comments about how good he looks and how soft he is! She's been caring for my dogs for years and always will! Highly recommend!
