Never buy in the store. I bought a MicroSD for $46 and total was $59!!!! they didn’t return money “We can only change”. Don’t buy there nothing.

Worst is impossible. I bought a phone at double price of his value, two cases unsuitable for the phone, he did not give me a receipt so I have no guarantee. When I went to ask at least the change of cases and possibly the receipt I was verbally attacked with screams and threats. I had to call the police to at least be able to express my complaints. a similar store with lots of negative reviews shouldn't exist. It is a tourist trap.

Tourist trap for everyone stupid enough to visit them. Our Credit Card got charged 20% more than the fixed price Not just taxes. So we didn't buy the product and they told us that credit card booking was cancelled. Now 4 days later our Money is gone from our account and after two visits in the shop they still tell us that they didn't charge anything ! Shame on them, unfriendly and unserious Ripp Off Shop !

Avoid this shop at all costs!! Got there as foreigner visiting NY. Thought its a good shop but experienced daylight robbery by the owners. First sold me a Sony wireless headphones Sony MDRZX330BT/B for $163 but actual price $ 44.95. The headphones didn't work for receiving calls and I sent it back. I wanted wired headphones. I surrendered the Sony and they gave me a JVC HA-NC250 in exchange but I had to pay in $80 more as they said it has noise cancelling function. Later when I checked actual price on line it is $99.99 B&H price. In total I paid $243 for something that cost approx $100. In total I was robbed $143 just like that. They are smooth talkers and lie through their noses. I went back to complain but the gentleman said what I saw online was fake. He totally refused to reimburse me. I now have a different view about NYC....why are these guys not checked up and investigated thoroughly as they operate in the city center? Very disappointed and shocked.

As others have mentioned, don't shop here. They exist to overcharge oblivious tourists. I finished a roll of film near there and walked in to see if they had any. They were trying to charge $14 for a $3 roll of Kodak Color Plus. I can take the train to B&H, buy two rolls, and come back for less than that. Walk two blocks north to Best Buy for everything else.

Big cheats of all times. Substandard Li-Ion battery. I will never buy from them. They urge you to pay cash. Seems like a shady shop in NYC. Their batteries do not meet federal safety standards and seem to peel off. Wonder how they have not been penalised?

They overcharged my card. I was expecting to pay $50 for a product but instead was charged $250. I was foolish not to look at the receipt carefully. Also, the salesman took away the box of the product and threw it out "for my convenience." I suggest everyone call them first, then call your bank to ask for a chargeback if they refuse to refund you the money. Their phone number is invalid as well.

I bought a computer at this store. I came home and found out they had switched out the one they showed me with another one that was broken, while they allegedly was packing it for me in the backroom. Unfortunately I couldnt go back and return it because I have a very long travel to New York City. Never buy anything here! They can not be trusted!!!

if you are reading these words before buying anything this store, believe me you are definitely in a lcuky day. Keep yourselves away from them. Allmost all of they say is a lie. examples; - we are closing one hour later for three days for inventory, just decide - There no 32 GB model of Galaxy S5 - This is the only SD memory type for Samsung phones. - There is a bonus printer with this phone - We have to add city tax ?? to the normal tax. - say discounted amount of a good as its sales price .... Never buy anything, never enter the shop. At first the price they told you may seem low, but be sure they Vito definitley add some hidden costs to the final price. After I was cheated by them I also had to block my credit card due to their clonning suspicion. If I were US goverment I would investigate them in detail most probably they are also defrauding the revenue.

DON’T GO HERE. If, unlike me, you’re smart enough to read reviews first Bought a portable phone charger here & was charged $45, turns out you can buy the same one for $5 on Amazon. But looking at the other reviews, they’ve diddled other people up the bottom more than me.
