Been working with Will over the last few months on improving my diet and the results have been outstanding. I feel a lot stronger with all my training. I would definitely recommend “On Pace Wellness” and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
As a 45 year old female, calcium is of utmost importance to maintain bone health. Will helped me create a weekly blueprint of sound nutrition and calcium intake. I really enjoyed his approach of setting weekly goals that built upon each other week after week. He was knowledgeable, confident, and realistic. I would highly recommend!
