On the Go Custom Concrete

We used OTG for our concrete needs at our business, they have great customer service. They stuck to the estimate that they quoted us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who ask for concrete needs!!!

Contracted to do our new garage floor in a slick finish. The first batch of concrete sent from the plant was very wet and it took 24 hours to set up properly thru no fault of the contractor. They came back 5 additional times (at no charge to us) to make it right and make sure we were satisfied. Obviously customer service is very important to the company and we were left with a feeling that they went over and beyond to make us happy!

We used otg custom concrete to do our pool deck, my husband's garage floor, and concrete around the garage. They were very professional and completed both projects in a timely matter. We were very pleased with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend this company. We will be using them again in the future.

I set the appointment to get an estimate for a concrete slab for a garage, ten days in advance. The owner went to the neighbor's house and left an estimate two hours before the appointment time. I work nights and had explained when setting the appointment that i would set an alarm to wake up for the 11:30 AM appointment, so no estimate, no sleep. when I called to find out what had happened the woman said that they had left the estimate in the front door, the problem is it was not my front door. She laughed on the phone and said it wasn't possible to reschedule. they must not need the business!
