€115 for a 5 minute job to change a€4 part. Changed out a leaking radiator valve for me. The job was done fine although they did manage to chip the paint on the rad, argg!, but when the bill arrived via email I was surprised. €115 for a 5 minute job to change out as part that is 4€ on screwfix. And I live within walking distance of them. Turns out there is an unadvertised 90€ call out charge that wasn't mentioned when I was booking. The plumber himself didn't give any indication has to how much it would cost before proceeding. This seems like a return to the bad old Celtic Tiger days. I wouldn't recommend.

The flexible cable to the cold water tap in my bathroom sprung a leak overnight. I called On The Level the next morning to see about getting it fixed. I live local to this business and they helpfully jiggled things around to fit me in first thing. The whole problem was sorted within less than an hour of my calling them for €70 by an efficient junior operative. Happy customer

Contacted Ray as emergency. My elderly neighbours had no heat snd didn't no were to look. On the level was local and I must say they are excellent. Arrived when they said snd had the heat back on same night. Service is 10/10 and id recommend 100%

Needed a new radiator added and to get the Boiler checked. The guys from OnTheLevel were out within a day, job done quickly and professional. Would use again.
