I have to agree with other reviewers that they def are OVERPRICED AND RUDE. DO NOT trust their price list and make sure to check your receipt. They charge extra for different materials and sizes. For instance, they charge $ 3-4 more for a long scarf, and they charge $1 more for silk blouse. I mean, most of blouses are silk. If it is made in cotton, people usually don't pay extra for dry cleaning. They should provide more specific information on their price list, because they come up with an excuse to charge extra $ for every item.
Worst Cleaners. Worst customer Service. They refused to redo the terrible press job they did with our shirts. They told me to pay $7.75 if I want a better job. They refused to place each shirt in its own bag unless they charged an extra $.25 for each bag. The meaning of "On Time" to them is 6+ days later. Never going back.
As of June 08- $7.20 first 8 lbs, .90/lb after. Horrible folding job, did not sort separates as asked, clothing inside out sometimes, didnt match socks, whites not bleached, light stains didn't come out. Dry cleaning is poor too. I know it is convenient to have dry cleaning in the building, but you are better off going to just about every other dry cleaner on the block.
The absolute WORST ever. Never going back. With so many choices in the neighborhood they should learn to appreciate their customers, treat them with respect and learn to do a decent job. They are overpriced, free pick up/ delivery is a myth, lead time is a week for shirts and they refuse to redo what they did not do right in the first place.
Never had an issue either, there are so many worse places than " on time cleaners" where your clothes come back with stains. I used them for the last 2 years for dry cleaning service and repair.
This place is awesome. I live between 34th and 35th on 3rd and am willing to carry my admittedly over stuffed laundry bag to them and the very next day everything is done and beautifully neat. They are a bit pricey for things such as hems and what, but they do quality work.
Overpriced and rude employees. Last two loads were over $50 for a very reasonable amount of laundry. Rip off!
New to the neighborhood so as a 1st time customer I was very disappointed and will not be a repeat client. Clothes were wrinkles and some not even folded.
