I was desperate to find snowboots for my son who wanted to go sledding with his friends, but everywhere was sold out. I called Once Upon a Child and the lady working there looked through a bunch of bins and found some snowboots for him. I was so grateful she took the time to find me what I needed!

Very small store and makes you feel closterphobic. Especially during Covid. Great items and sales. Customer service is great.
The store and clothing were very clean amd organized. I felt like the selection was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to shop for cleaned up used clothing/shoes for kids.
Too much stuff in store!! cannot even look at things. It is 30 degrees with clearance on the sidewalks. Lines to the back of the store.
